Ground Beef:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- ½ cup water
Tortillas:
- 8 small flour tortillas
- Olive oil for brushing
Other Ingredients:
- 1 (16-ounce) can refried beans
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 ½ cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- ¼ cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
Instructions
- Preheat: Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook Ground Beef: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease, add taco seasoning and water. Simmer until thickened.
- Prepare Tortillas: Brush tortillas with olive oil, bake until crisp, then set aside.
- Assemble Pizzas: Spread refried beans on a tortilla, top with beef, another tortilla, salsa, cheese, green onions, tomatoes, and olives. Repeat for remaining pizzas.
- Bake: Bake assembled pizzas for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted. Slice and serve warm.

- Customize toppings with jalapeños, sour cream, or avocado.
- For a vegetarian version, substitute beef with black beans or sautéed vegetables.
