Ingredients for Million Dollar Deviled Eggs:
- 12 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- Paprika and chopped chives or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Slice and Prep Eggs: Slice hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks.
- Mix Filling: Mash yolks and mix with mayo, mustard, vinegar, sugar, spices, relish, and butter until creamy.
- Fill Egg Whites: Spoon or pipe filling back into egg whites, garnish, and chill before serving.
