- ⅔ cup baking soda
- 10 cups water
- 1 egg yolk beaten with 1 tablespoon water (egg wash)

Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: Combine warm water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Let sit until foamy. Add flour, salt, and melted butter. Knead until smooth. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Shape and Bake: Preheat oven. Boil water and baking soda. Divide dough, wrap sausages, boil briefly, then bake until golden.
- Serve: Cool slightly before serving with desired dips.
