These Nacho Cheese Beef Wraps are a Tex-Mex delight! Savory seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, and classic toppings wrapped in a warm tortilla for a satisfying meal.

			Ground Beef Mixture:
- 1 pound ground beef
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - 1/2 cup yellow onion, diced
 - 1 packet taco seasoning (or 2 tablespoons homemade)
 - 1/4 cup water
 
Wraps:
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce (store-bought or homemade)
 - 4 large flour tortillas
 - 1 cup shredded lettuce
 - 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
 - 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 
Instructions
- Saute Onion and Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the diced onion in olive oil until soft. Add ground beef, cook until browned, and then add taco seasoning and water. Simmer until thickened.
 - Prepare Wraps: Warm tortillas in the microwave, spread nacho cheese on each, add beef mixture, lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeños, and cheddar cheese. Roll up and serve warm.
 
Notes
- To crisp the wraps, lightly toast them seam-side down in a dry skillet for 1–2 minutes per side.
 - You can substitute ground turkey or plant-based crumbles for a lighter or vegetarian option.
