  • 1.5 pounds (680g) baby potatoes, halved or quartered
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Nashville Hot Seasoning:

  • 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss Potatoes: In a bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. Roast Potatoes: Spread potatoes on the baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  4. Make Seasoning: Combine cayenne pepper, brown sugar, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt to make Nashville hot seasoning.
