For the crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (3 oz) package orange gelatin
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 1 1/2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

Instructions
- Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even crust. Chill in the refrigerator while you make the filling.
- Make the filling: In a small bowl, dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water and let cool to room temperature. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined. Slowly beat in the cooled gelatin until fully incorporated. Gently fold in whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.
- Assemble and chill: Pour the filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until set. Garnish with additional whipped topping and orange slices or zest if desired before serving.
