  • 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Dissolve Gelatin: In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in crushed pineapple with juice and sweetened condensed milk until combined.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Fold in thawed whipped topping and mini marshmallows.
  3. Layer and Chill: Line a large mixing bowl with plastic wrap and sprinkle crushed vanilla wafers. Pour the gelatin mixture, cover, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
  4. Unmold and Coat: To unmold, invert carefully onto a plate. Press shredded coconut over the surface.
