Ingredients
Scale
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle dry white wine (750 ml, such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
- 1/2 cup peach schnapps
- 1/4 cup brandy (optional)
- 2 tablespoons sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
- 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sliced strawberries or raspberries (optional)
- 1 cup club soda or sparkling water, chilled
- fresh mint for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, peach schnapps, brandy (if using), and sugar or honey. Stir until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
- Add the sliced peaches, orange, lemon, and berries if using. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to 24 hours, to allow the flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, stir in the chilled club soda or sparkling water for a fizzy finish.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint if desired.
Notes
- For a sweeter sangria, use Moscato or Riesling instead of dry white wine.
- You can freeze sliced peaches and use them in place of ice cubes to keep drinks cold without dilution.
