  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the beef: In a skillet, brown the ground beef or shaved steak in olive oil. Add peppers, onion, and garlic. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
