Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix wet ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add dry ingredients: Add protein powder, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Stir until just combined into a thick batter.
