Chickpeas:

- 1 packet (about 1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional, for extra flavor)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Dry the chickpeas: Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes to help them dry out.
- Coat with oil and seasoning: Remove from the oven and toss with olive oil until evenly coated. Sprinkle with ranch seasoning and smoked paprika if using, then toss again.
- Bake: Spread chickpeas back into a single layer and bake for 25–30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Cool and serve: Let cool slightly before serving—they will continue to crisp up as they cool.
