For the Filling:
- 3/4 cup frozen or fresh raspberries (chopped)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
For the Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm milk mixture and egg. Knead until smooth and let rise.
- Make the Filling: Roll out dough, spread butter, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and raspberries. Roll up and slice into rolls.
- Bake: Place rolls in a baking dish, let rise, then bake until golden brown.
- Glaze: Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over warm rolls.
Notes
- Use frozen raspberries straight from the freezer to prevent too much liquid in the dough.
- Add lemon zest to the glaze for a citrus twist.
