- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- 4 cups cold water
- 1 cup ice
- Lemon slices and extra strawberries, for garnish
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Blend Strawberries: In a blender, combine the strawberries and 1 cup of water. Blend until completely smooth.
- Strain Mixture: Strain the strawberry puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove seeds, if desired.
- Add Lemon Juice and Sugar: Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar to the pitcher, stirring until the sugar completely dissolves.
- Combine with Water: Pour in the remaining 3 cups of cold water and stir well to mix all ingredients evenly.
- Add Ice and Chill: Add the ice to the pitcher and refrigerate the lemonade until it’s well chilled and ready to serve.
- Serve and Garnish: Serve the strawberry lemonade over ice and garnish with lemon slices, extra strawberries, and fresh mint leaves if desired.

- For a sparkling version, replace 1–2 cups of water with chilled club soda just before serving.
