  • 1/2 cup diced fresh peaches (peeled)
  • 1 tablespoon flour (for tossing fruit)

Optional Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1–2 tablespoons peach juice or milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Prepare dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Combine wet ingredients: In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, yogurt, milk, and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  4. Mix the batter: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Prepare fruit: Toss strawberries and peaches with flour, then gently fold into the batter.
  6. Bake: Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Glaze: Whisk powdered sugar with peach juice/milk, then drizzle over the cooled loaf.
