			Main Ingredients
- 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
 - 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
 - 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
 - 1/4 cup golden syrup (or light corn syrup)
 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

Topping
- White chocolate for drizzling (about 1/2 cup chips or melts)
 - Red and green candy decorations (e.g. mini M&Ms or sprinkles)

Instructions
- Melt Chocolate Mixture: In a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water (or use the microwave in short bursts), melt the milk and dark chocolate chips along with golden syrup, unsalted butter, and salt. Stir continuously until you achieve a smooth, homogenous chocolate mixture.
 - Combine with Rice Krispies: Remove the melted chocolate mixture from the heat and immediately stir in the Rice Krispies cereal until every piece is well coated with the chocolate blend.
 - Shape Puddings: Allow the mixture to cool slightly so it’s easier to handle, then shape it into small balls approximately the size of a golf ball. Place each ball onto a parchment-lined tray.
 - Chill Until Firm: Transfer the shaped balls into the refrigerator and chill for 20 to 30 minutes until they become firm and set.
 - Prepare White Chocolate Icing: Melt the white chocolate separately until smooth and fluid. Spoon a small amount over the top of each chilled Rice Krispie ball to simulate traditional pudding icing.
 - Decorate: Before the white chocolate sets, quickly decorate the tops with red and green candy pieces to resemble holly berries and leaves, adding a festive flourish.
 - Store and Serve: Keep the finished puddings refrigerated until ready to serve for optimum freshness and texture.

Notes
- Use mini muffin tins to help shape uniform pudding balls for a neat presentation.
 - For a festive flavor twist, add a drop of peppermint or orange extract to the melted chocolate mixture before combining with the cereal.
