  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the hash: Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes. Add sausage, bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Roast for another 15–20 minutes.
  3. Make the spicy tomato butter: Mix softened butter, tomato paste, smoked paprika, cayenne, and salt.
