- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup broccoli florets

- 2 green onions (sliced)

Instructions
- Cook the Ramen Noodles: Prepare the instant ramen noodles according to package instructions but undercook by 1 minute to ensure they remain firm. Drain and rinse with cold water, then set aside.
- Prepare the Stir-Fry Sauce: In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well and set aside.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Season the thinly sliced chicken with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Stir-fry until the chicken is fully cooked and golden brown, about 5–6 minutes. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Sauté Aromatics and Vegetables: Add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet. Sauté minced garlic and grated ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add shredded carrots, broccoli florets, and red bell pepper slices. Stir-fry the vegetables for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Combine All Ingredients: Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, add the drained ramen noodles, then pour in the prepared stir-fry sauce. Toss thoroughly and stir-fry for another 2–3 minutes until everything is heated through and evenly coated with sauce.
- Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and optional sesame seeds. Serve hot and enjoy!
