Lasagna Noodles:

White Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Cheese Layer:

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare noodles: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and cook lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté aromatics and seafood: In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic in olive oil. Add mixed seafood and cook until opaque; set aside.
  3. Make white sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter, stir in flour, gradually whisk in milk and cream. Add Parmesan, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Prepare cheese layer: Combine ricotta cheese and egg in a bowl.
  5. Assemble lasagna: Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, seafood, white sauce, and mozzarella in a baking dish. Repeat layers, ending with sauce and mozzarella on top.
