 - 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions
- Prepare the Sauce: Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onion and jalapeño, add garlic, tomatoes, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer until slightly thickened.
 - Cook the Tortillas: Warm tortillas in the sauce, then create wells for eggs.
 - Cook the Eggs: Crack eggs into the wells, cover, and cook until desired doneness.
 - Finish and Serve: Top with cheese, cilantro, avocado slices, and serve with lime wedges.

- For crispier tortillas, fry them separately and place under the eggs before serving.
