For the Sauce:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Extra Parmesan for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Mix olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a paste. Rub the mixture over the chicken.
