  • 8–10 strawberry cream-filled candies or soft strawberry truffles

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix well.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture.
  4. Add Mix-Ins: Fold in white chocolate chips, crushed strawberries, and strawberry crumble.
  5. Stuff Cookies: Flatten dough, place a strawberry-filled candy in the center, wrap dough around it, and seal. Repeat for remaining dough.
