			Chicken Salad
- 3 cups shredded chicken
 - 1/2 cup shredded carrots
 - 1/2 cup diced celery
 - 1/3 cup chopped green onions
 - 1/3 cup mayonnaise
 - 1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro leaves
 - 2 tablespoons sour cream
 - 1 – 2 teaspoons hot sauce
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 
Wraps
- 2 cups shredded cheese
 - 8 medium tortillas
 
Instructions
- Combine Chicken Salad: In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, shredded carrots, diced celery, chopped green onions, mayonnaise, fresh cilantro, sour cream, and hot sauce until thoroughly combined. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
 - Assemble Wraps: Spoon an even amount of the chicken salad mixture onto the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the chicken mixture. Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards and then roll it up tightly to secure the wrap, ensuring the seam side is down to hold the wrap firmly.
 - Toast in Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (205°C). Place the assembled wraps in the air fryer basket in a single layer without overcrowding. Toast for 3 to 4 minutes or until the tortillas are golden brown and crisp. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to toast the wraps in batches.
 
Notes
- Adjust the hot sauce quantity based on your preferred spice level.
 - Use cooked shredded chicken either from a rotisserie or leftover chicken.
 - To ensure wraps stay crispier longer, toast them just before serving.
 - You can substitute sour cream with Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
 - If you don’t have an air fryer, toasting in a conventional oven at 400°F for about 5-6 minutes can be a good alternative.
