For the cookies:

- ¾ cup brown sugar, packed

- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1½ cups chopped Toblerone chocolate bars
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream the butter and sugars: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla: Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in chocolates: Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and chopped Toblerone pieces.
- Bake: Scoop dough onto baking sheets and bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are set and centers are slightly soft.
- Cool: Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For extra gooey cookies, press a few extra chunks of Toblerone into the tops of the dough balls before baking.
