Turkey Stuffing Balls:
- 2 cups cooked turkey (shredded or finely chopped)
- 4 cups prepared stuffing (boxed or homemade)
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup chicken or turkey broth
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cooked turkey, stuffing, eggs, broth, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and parsley. Mix until well combined and moist.
- Form Balls: Shape the mixture into golf ball–sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Spray the tops with cooking spray or olive oil.
