Watermelon Lemonade:

  • 4 cups cubed seedless watermelon
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4 lemons)
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves (plus more for garnish)
  • 3–4 tbsp honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • lemon slices and watermelon wedges for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend Watermelon Mixture: In a blender, combine the watermelon cubes, lemon juice, mint leaves, and sweetener. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain and Chill: Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp, if desired. Stir in the cold water and adjust sweetness as needed. Add ice cubes and chill until ready to serve.
  3. Serve: Pour into glasses and garnish with mint leaves, lemon slices, or small watermelon wedges if desired. Serve cold.

Notes

  • You can substitute sparkling water for still water for a fizzy twist.
